SINGLE SPEEDBLOCK       The Speed Block is a manually operated clamping system, which allows the operator to tighten a clamp when the drive screw is not accessible. The cam actuated piston moves a drive plate up and down, loosening and tightening the clamp screw. The Speed Block is primarily designed for use with our ID Xpansion clamp, however any clamp that uses a straight draw can be used. Face plates and drive plates can be exchanged so different setups can be done on the same block. The Speed Block is now offered in a single station. The Single station is ideal for clamping pieces over 2 inches in diameter and is easily mounted on rotary tables. Mounting holes are pre-machined on a 4.125 bolt circle for 3 or 4 hole installation.
