| NOTE: Every ft-lb of torque produces 300 lbs of force. |
Instructions:
- With clamp in the retracted position, place clamp allowing adequate room for loading and unloading workpiece
(produces 1/4” of clamp travel). - Tighten mounting screw, not exceeding 6 ft-lbs of torque
- Clamps can be used opposing each other by fully retracting one side to use as a hard stop.
This allows down-force to be applied to all sides of workpiece.
Clamps are Machinable:
- Tighten drive screw and apply approximately 5 ft-lbs of torque.
- Machine clamp to match workpiece contour or to remove serrations for clamping finished surfaces.
